Privacy policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Below we explain which data we collect when you use this website, what we use it for and what rights you have.
Controller
The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is the service provider named in the imprint.
Hosting and server log files
When you simply browse this website, the server automatically records the data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference from GMT, the content requested, access status / HTTP status code, the volume of data transferred, the website the request came from, browser, operating system and the language and version of the browser software. This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
Contact form and appointment request
If you write to us using the contact form or the appointment request form, we process the data you provide – salutation, name, e-mail address, phone number where given, vehicle details, preferred date and your message – in order to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is sent by e-mail to our mailbox; it is not additionally stored in a database. We delete it once the purpose of the enquiry no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and integrates no analytics services. If you choose to load the map (see below), a single setting is stored in your browser for that purpose only.
Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service.
Map (Google Maps)
On the contact page you can load a map from Google Maps. The map is only loaded after you explicitly click. Doing so establishes a connection to servers operated by Google Ireland Limited and transmits your IP address; a transfer to third countries is possible. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the following rights in respect of the personal data concerning you:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Withdrawing your consent
If you have given us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. For Berlin, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible.
Security
This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access, and adapt them in line with technical developments.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services.
